Lake Cumberland area weather update for November 26, 2024.

Storm Alert Center Chief Forecaster Daniel Wilson. Clouds will increase again tonight as another system approaches. Wednesday will be mostly dry until the late afternoon. Rain chances peak for the evening and overnight hours into Thursday. Rain will gradually end Thanksgiving morning, though clouds will linger through the entire day.

Snowfall will be the greatest in eastern Kentucky, east of Interstate 75 overnight with some places seeing 1-3 inches. In south central Kentucky, don’t anticipate much accumulation.
