Bitter winter weather expected on Thursday morning. 

Winter continues. Our next concern will be THURSDAY MORNING where we will likely see wind gust to 45 MPH and temperatures across southern Kentucky in the low to mid teens. Across east and north east Kentucky, expect single digit wind chill readings.
