Hello. My name is Bill Taylor. I’m married to Nancy. You can read our love story in book five of The God’s Silver Lining Book Series, GOD’S SHINING THROUGH.

What is something I’d change about myself, and am working to o so.

I’m a doctor, and a police officer. I am also a Christian. I trust God, I really do.

Do you ever struggle with letting go, and letting GOD handle it?

That’s what I’m working on, with GOD’S help.

Before Nancy and I met, I was married to Bella. God blessed us with a daughter, June Marie. Sadly, Bella died in child birth.

Let me stop and say, I deliver babies.

When my wife passed away, though I wasn’t the doctor delivering our daughter, it cracked something in me. Just enough for the enemy to slide in.

He told me things that weren’t true, as he always does. I took six weeks off with our new daughter, then went back part time. I picked up a few shifts at the police department. I had been a part time officer in the passed.

Being a single dad, I needed extra income. Bella and I had just bought our home not long before she died. As time went on, so did satan’s lies. After Nancy and I married, I gave in. I let the fear define me. I quit the hospital, and went full time as a police officer.

With God, and a lot of prayer from my wife, I overcome that. Read the fifth book in the series, GOD’S Shining Through to learn my Faith journey. I never stopped believing. I just had to learn to let go, and completely trust GOD.

I pray you can do the same. Faith is believing in what we can not physically see. Another thing, learn the Serenity Prayer.

“Dear LORD, help me to accept the things I can not change. Give me your strength to change the things I can. Give me the wisdom to know the difference. In Jesus Name, Amen.”
