Watch for slick spots on roadways this morning. Road crews have been working to treat roads. Allow extra time to reach your destination.
According to Louisville National Weather Service, skies will clear but it will remain chilly. Thursday morning, temperatures will dip into the single digits.
Again, allow extra time for traveling, and carry blankets and other supplies in case of car trouble in winter weather. Also check on neighbors, especially those who are elderly, with health conditions, or those who live alone. Check on outside pets and other animals to insure their safety as well.
