James David Vance, Ohio Jr. Senator has been announced as former President Donald Trump’s running mate.

Known for his 2016 memoir, hillbilly elegy, being chosen as the former president running mate brings him further into political spotlight.

Vance has served as US Senator in Ohio since 2023.
