New York City Police Department ramps up security, including at Trump tower.

Following the shooting at the Trump rally in Pennsylvania current President Biden addresses the nation.
According to a statement released by the president before addressing the nation, he says that he and Jill are thankful for the Secret Service. He also states they are praying for the former president.
According to sources security is being ramped up across the country, including in New York City at Trump Tower. The FBI is now on the scene where this shooting took place.
President Biden says he has tried contacting the Former President.
