How has your day been? Take a moment to pray and ask God to clear your mind of the days struggles, and maybe things that are ahead. Allow HIM to bless you, and just be alone with HIM. HE loves you and desires to hear from and teach you HIS child. Amen. In Jesus Holy Name.
On a sheet of paper answer these questions as we go through the chapter if you would like.
Who, where, when, what? At the top of your paper, you might leave some space between the four words. You want room to answer the questions and write notes and Bible references. You might also want to write down the scripture where the answer is found. You might want to write other notes at the bottom or another page. Maybe questions you have?
In verse one, who goes where? What does she see?
In verse two, what does she do, and where does she go? Who does she speak to? What does she say? What does she believe has happened to THE LORD?
In verse three who went where?
In verse four, who got there first?
In verse five, what does he do? What does he see? What does he not do?
Verses six and seven Who cometh? What did he do? What did he see?
In verse eight, what happened? Who, where, when, what? Did he then believe?
Verse nine tells us they knew not yet what scripture?
Verse 10 Who, where, when, what?
Verses 11 through 18
Before answering the following questions, just allow God to bless you beyond words through these scriptures. Allow yourself to be there for just a moment.
Who stood where weeping? What happened to her in that moment? What did she see? Who did she see? Who did she hear?
Who spoke to her from inside where? What did they say?
Who stood behind her? What did HE speak unto her? Who did she think it to be?
After HE had spoken to her, what did she do?
Why did Jesus instruct her not to touch HIM?
Who did she go tell?
Looking at verse 19. When, where, who? What was spoken by Jesus? In verse 20, what happened after Jesus had finished speaking? What did HE show HIS disciples? The Bible says they were what?
Verses 21 through 23
What did Jesus say? What did Jesus do?
According to verse 24, which disciple was not with them?
In verse 25, what happened to Thomas when the other disciples told him about seeing Jesus? What did he speak?
Starting with verse 26. When, who, where, what?
What was spoken between Jesus and Thomas? Did Thomas believe? Allow yourself to be there.
What do we learn in scriptures 30 and 31?
Prayers this has helped you in some way. Keep allowing God to lead you. If HE leads you to a place, HE has a perfect reason.
