Adair County Elementary School posted on their Facebook page yesterday one of their own has received a well deserved award.
Mike Mantooth is the WKU distinguished educator recipient.
“We can not think of anyone more deserving.”
The post also shared despite the day MR. Mantooth has had, he is always smiling. The school called the award recipient a “Champion for all kids”.
“We are blessed to have him at ACES. Congrats Mantooth.”
According to WKU’s website this award celebrates current educators in their service region who are making, “ significant contributions to their teaching profession”.
