Fatal shootings leave three dead

This is an update to a story posted on Saturday morning.

According to sources KSP post 15 has released a statement concerning the shooting that took place Friday night in multiple locations.

A male was found deceased with gunshot wounds outside his residence in Pulaski county.

At approximately 7 PM central time on Friday, May 3 Kentucky state police Post 15 received a call from Pulaski County 911 requesting assistance locating a vehicle. That vehicle was believed to have been driven by Angela Gosser age 56. It is believed Gosser encountered her sister Jenifer Wilson on Hammond Road. According to the preliminary investigation, it is believed during that encounter Gosser fired multiple rounds into the passenger side of Wilson’s vehicle.

Following this encounter Gosser arrived at, and forced entry into the residence of her brother, darrell Wilson. It appeared there had been an exchange of gunfire between brother and sister, resulting in both receiving gunshot wounds. Gosser was pronounced deceased from her gunshot wounds at the scene by Russell County Corner’s office. Mr. Wilson was transported to UK with life threatening injuries.

While at this scene on Ky. 619, KSP 15 received a request for a welfare check on Jenifer Wilson. The family could not reach her, and was concerned for her well being. Upon arrival of KSP and RC Sheriff’s Office on Hammond Road, they found a vehicle partially off road. A female, Jenifer Wilson was found deceased in the driver’s seat.

KSP 15, RC Sheriff’s Office, Jamestown PD, RC EMS, and RC Corner’s Office all assisted with the scenes in Russell County.
