Genesis chapter 10, just like all others is very important.
It might seem like a lot of names, names, and a lot of places, but they each are of upmost importance. God gave us every bit of this Bible for a strong and real purpose. You don’t have to memorize them, but don’t just skip over these chapters because it’s a bunch of names and places as we so often do. Teacher children this while they are young.
You might even pull out a Bible map and show them, and yourself, where these places were or are.
A challenge you in your notebook or journal make a note of who is who, and where they are from. It will help you later also as you study, and you can refer back to it if you’re ever asked or need it yourself. You might also highlight these in your Bible to reference. Or they’re always there if you just want to go back to them that’s always a good answer to.
