Welcome to day eight of the BNWS daily Bible Study Challenge. Today we will be studying GENESIS chapter eight.

If you or someone you know are in need of a Bible, reach out to a local church. You can also email Samantha.christianfiction@Gmail.com
Here is a link to both read and listen to GENESIS chapter eight.
First let’s think about the words in verse one.
“And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged;”
Just let that sink in for a second. God remembered Noah, and God had protected his family along side him. But God also remembered the animals HE created. Think about this scripture along side this one.

As we continue let’s just ponder on the goodness of God. How much HE truly loves us. Why as humans do we think we need to be in control? GOD already has it in HIS hand.
Looking at verses two and three, what do we learn from verse two? Also in verse three, after how many days was the waters abated?
I challenge you to look up the word abated.
Looking at verse four, at what time did the ark rest? Where?
In verse five, when were the tops of the mountains seen?
In verses six through nine, we learn what things?
Fill in the blanks.
Noah sent forth … and … ?
The … returned again unto him because … ?
After how many days did Noah do these things?
What did the earth appear like according to the Word Of GOD?
Think about how many times God has rescued you, and your family.
Looking now at verses 10 through 12, after Noah stayed another seven days he sent forth the dove. She came back when? With what in her mouth? After another seven days, and Noah released the dove what happened?
Think about the beauty of this, and the tragity also. Serving God is always the easier choice in the end, amen?
Is it always easy? Are you ever truly alone?
As we go forward think on these questions. God gave us all this for good reason.
1 When was the earth dry?
2 When did Noah remove the covering of the ark?
3 What did God speak unto Noah and his wife, and unto his sons and their wives? This also went for the creatures HE had saved.
4 Did they obey? Also what did Noah build, and do there?
5 What did God smell and speak? Take time to truely appreciate this.
Let’s be much in prayer. Prayer for one another, prayer for our country, and prayers for those who we may not know, and even our enemies. Talk to God about it. Deeply. This is a story we hear often, tell our children. But do we really get in prayer and seak the depth in God of this rainbow and first the flood? There has to first be rain. There are plenty of storms in life. But with Jesus, we always have the Son shining down to guide and bless us if we allow HIM too. Even when we don’t see it, HE is blessing us.
Amen in Jesus Name amen.
