If I’ve learned anything since writing Emergency Romance, it’s to learn. That may sound crazy, but I’ll explain. Although God blessed this book to release in 2019, I almost feel that I’m just now really entering the writing world. I am learning the proper way to edit my own work, and so much more just by listening to other authors online. Not all of us write the same, but we all have to learn to grow.
What is Emergency Romance? Emergency Romance is book one in The God’s Silver Lining book series. It was also written by a rookie writer. But I had surrendered to God to write what HE gave me, and I did my best. Emma, Michael, and all the Greenup County fictional folks quickly grew on me. I love when someone gives their life to Christ, and I love writing about it in my books. There are lots of Bible scriptures, KJV, through out this book.
If after reading Emergency Romance you find yourself needing more details, you can read the rest of the series. See my first blog post for a entire list. You could also skip to book six in the series, then read the remainder. Either way, you will in the end get a lot of blanks filled in.
I was honored God let me include Emergency Services in these books. God is the true author, and that’s the truth. Emergency Services runs in my blood, and I still dream of dispatching. God hasn’t opened that door yet. However, in this book, HE does for Emma. She doesn’t know taking this job is the first step toward changing her life forever.
