Becoming a author is a wonderful feeling, but it takes a while to get there. Like most other things, it doesn’t happen over night. Hi, if your new here, my name is Samantha. I am a Christian Fiction author. I’m also visually impaired.
Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved books. My parents or grandparents would read to me, in some cases until their throat was raw. I also enjoyed audio books, and as a young adult still do. I also began to enjoy writing short stories when I was young. As a teen, I had a desire to write a book. I tried several times, and failed. I would get this title and story plot in my head, but could only go so far.
Around age 19, I realized my mistake. It was coming from me, I wasn’t letting God have control. Aren’t we that way in everyday life as well?
Once I did surrender, and told the Lord if He would give me a title and plot, I’d do it. Emergency Romance came, today, there are 6 books in the God’s Silver Lining book series. A Glimmer Of Hope is the stand alone title God blessed us with.
